Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder

Instructions

Blend all ingredients except the chia seeds in a blender until smooth.

    Stir in chia seeds.

      Pour into a bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
